A wedding film studio's footage, edited without growing the edit bay
A wedding film studio juggles several shooters, many weddings a month and an edit bay that is always behind. WeddingEditor gives the studio a place to send weddings out: each wedding is a project, teammates add their footage through a team upload link, and WeddingEditor's AI editing returns a finished 1080p edit that your in-house editor can deliver as is or finish in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
For studios that already have shooters and editors and want more weddings through the same team.
Studio is $599 per month, 8 wedding credits; signing up is free.

Where a studio's edit bay gets stuck
Footage arrives from everyone
Lead shooters, second shooters and drone operators each come back with their own cards. Someone has to collect it all before editing starts.
Editors become the bottleneck
Shooters can cover more weddings than the edit bay can finish, so the calendar is limited by editing capacity, not demand.
Consistency across editors
Different editors make different choices. Keeping a studio's films consistent takes review time from senior people.
WeddingEditor adds editing capacity without adding seats to the edit bay. Weddings run as separate projects side by side, teammates signed in to your WeddingEditor team add their files to the same project through a team upload link, and every full edit is made by WeddingEditor's AI editing, guided by your answers. Your editors then review, request up to two revision rounds and deliver, or take the MP4 into their own editor for a final pass.
What a studio account looks like in practice
These are the parts of WeddingEditor that matter when several people touch one wedding.
Studio plan
8 wedding credits a month, rolling over up to 24, plus extra weddings at a lower one-time price.
Team upload link
Teammates signed in to your WeddingEditor team can add files to a project through a team upload link that WeddingEditor sets up for you.
Weddings side by side
Every wedding is its own project, so a busy month runs as many parallel projects.
A finished edit your editors can build on
The 1080p H.264 MP4 imports into Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro for a studio finishing pass.
Your studio controls delivery
WeddingEditor never contacts your couples; your team decides what is delivered and when.
How a studio runs a wedding through WeddingEditor
- 1
Producer creates the project
Open a project for the wedding and choose a Highlight Reel or a Social Teaser.
- 2
Shooters add their footage
Each teammate signed in to your team uploads their own cards through the team upload link. Every file must finish, or be left out on purpose, before checkout.
- 3
Brief the edit once
Fill in the preference questions with the couple's priorities, then spend a Studio credit and start processing.
- 4
Your editor reviews and finishes
Review the edit in the app, send revision notes if needed, and finish or deliver it under your studio's name.

Learn moreQuestions from wedding film studios
Can several of our shooters upload to one wedding?
Yes. Teammates signed in to your WeddingEditor team can add files through a team upload link that WeddingEditor sets up for you. Couples and guests cannot upload.
How many weddings does the Studio plan cover?
Studio includes 8 wedding credits each month, with unused credits rolling over up to 24. Extra weddings can be bought at a lower one-time price.
Can our in-house editors still do a finishing pass?
Yes. Download the 1080p H.264 MP4 and import it into Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro for your own finishing pass.
Does WeddingEditor deliver to our clients?
No. The edit stays in your project, and your studio decides what goes to the couple.
Do the files have to be organized by shooter first?
No. Nobody needs to rename files, sort them by camera or make proxies before uploading. File names only have to be unique within the project.
What resolution do we get back?
Every edit is a 1080p widescreen MP4. Drone and 4K clips can be uploaded, but there is no 4K or vertical output.
Can our producer brief the edit for the shooters?
Yes. Whoever runs the project answers the preference questions once for the wedding, covering the feel, the speech and sound balance, the people who matter and anything to avoid. Nothing is assumed for questions left blank.
