3. Video Content Privacy

Your video content is treated with the highest level of privacy. All processing occurs within our secured infrastructure. We do not share, sell, or transmit your raw footage to third parties. AI analysis is performed using extracted frames and audio segments, not full video files. Each project is stored in isolated, tenant-specific storage with strict access controls.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), presigned URLs with short-lived access tokens, and strict tenant isolation to protect your content.

5. Data Retention

Raw uploaded footage is automatically deleted 30 days after upload. Rendered video outputs are deleted after 90 days. Project metadata (file names, processing logs, timestamps) is retained indefinitely to support your account history. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Clerk for authentication and account management
• Stripe for payment processing
• Amazon Web Services for infrastructure and storage
• Vercel for website hosting and analytics

These services have their own privacy policies and only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function.
