1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WeddingEditor.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WeddingEditor.ai provides AI-powered video editing tools designed for wedding videographers. The Service processes uploaded video footage using automated pipelines to generate draft edits, which users can then download and refine using their preferred editing software.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Payment and Billing
The Service operates on a per-project pricing model. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through Stripe. Credits purchased in packs do not expire. We offer a money-back guarantee: if your draft is not usable, you will receive a full refund for that project.
5. User Content
You retain all ownership rights to the video footage and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
6. Data Retention
Raw uploaded footage is automatically deleted 30 days after upload. Rendered outputs are retained for 90 days. You are responsible for downloading your content before these retention periods expire. We will send reminder notifications before deletion occurs.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for all content you upload, including consent from individuals appearing in your footage where required by law.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WeddingEditor.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
