How does WeddingEditor use drone and gimbal footage?
WeddingEditor uses drone and gimbal footage where it adds something: establishing the venue, showing the destination, revealing scale and transitions. Aerials support the story; they are not the story.
A wedding film should not turn into a venue commercial because the aerials are beautiful. Movement shots give the viewer breathing room between the moments that carry the emotion.
For destination weddings the location can carry more weight, so drone footage may earn more screen time there.
