How do I make sure parents and grandparents appear in the film?
Tell WeddingEditor who matters: the preference questions let you name parents, grandparents, siblings, the wedding party, children and close friends. The people the couple loves should not disappear.
Without that, a film can look beautiful and still leave out the people the couple cares about most. Name them as specifically as you can, for example "the bride's grandmother in the blue dress".
If someone is still missing from the finished edit, ask for more of them in one of your up to two revision rounds.
For how to name and describe the people who matter, see the Important people feature page.
