If something went wrong with your WeddingEditor order, contact WeddingEditor so the order can be reviewed, and refunds can be issued where appropriate. There is no blanket money-back guarantee.
Order problems are handled through customer support, case by case. Revision requests are a separate route for changes to the edit itself.
