# Wedding video delivery: from the edit in your project to the couple

Wedding video delivery has two legs: the edit getting to you, and the film getting to your couple. WeddingEditor handles the first. When your edit is ready, it appears in your project, where you watch it in the browser and download it as a 1080p MP4, again later if you need to. The second leg stays yours: WeddingEditor never sends anything to your couple, so you choose the gallery, the timing and the message.

## What arrives in your project

- **The finished edit, viewable in the browser**: Watch the Highlight Reel or Social Teaser inside the app before you download anything.
- **A downloadable MP4**: A widescreen 1080p H.264 file. Each download link is valid for 24 hours, and you can request a new one from the same project later.
- **A path for changes**: If something needs to change before delivery, email your notes from the link in the app; up to two revision rounds are included.
- **A record per wedding**: Every wedding is its own project, so each edit sits next to the footage and brief it was made from. When a couple asks for another copy months later, you know exactly where to find it.
- **Nothing sent on your behalf**: No email, gallery or link goes to the couple from WeddingEditor.

## What wedding video delivery means for a videographer

Wedding video delivery is the final step of a wedding job: handing the couple their film in a form they can watch, keep and share. Videographers deliver through private gallery platforms, cloud folders, streaming links or physical media, often with a teaser first and the full film later. Delivery time is part of the client experience, and it is usually set by how long the edit takes. With WeddingEditor the edit lands in your project after processing, which typically takes 24 to 72 hours with no guarantee, and you then deliver through whatever platform you already use. WeddingEditor is not a client delivery platform. It is where your edit is made and stored for you to download. Before you deliver, watch the full edit once with the couple's priorities in mind, and use a revision round if a must-include moment needs more room.

Not the same as: Not a client gallery or delivery platform. Couples do not log in to WeddingEditor, and WeddingEditor does not host films for them.

## From finished edit to delivered film

1. **Watch the edit in the app** Open the wedding project and play the edit in your browser.
2. **Revise if needed** Use up to two revision rounds by emailing notes from the link in the app.
3. **Download the MP4** Download the 1080p file. If a link expires after 24 hours, download again from the same project.
4. **Finish and deliver** Add any finishing touches in your editor, then deliver through your usual gallery or platform.

## What delivery from WeddingEditor includes

- **In-app playback**: You can watch the finished edit in the browser inside the app.
- **Re-downloads**: Download the MP4 again later from the same project; each link is valid for 24 hours.
- **A standard file**: A 1080p (1920x1080) H.264 MP4 that plays on almost any platform and imports into editors.
- **A delivered edit**: The edit is made by WeddingEditor's AI editing and delivered to your project.
- **You stay the point of contact**: WeddingEditor never sends anything to your couple.
- **One wedding, one edit, clearly labeled**: Each project holds one chosen deliverable, a Highlight Reel or a Social Teaser, so there is never confusion about which file belongs to which couple or which version is final.
- **Revisions before you deliver**: Up to two revision rounds are included with every full edit.

## Delivery limits to plan around

- **No automatic ready email**: Check the project in the app; there is no automatic email with the file when the edit is ready.
- **No client gallery**: WeddingEditor does not host films for couples. Use your own delivery platform.
- **No 4K or vertical delivery file**: Only a 1080p widescreen MP4 is provided.
- **No guaranteed delivery date**: Processing typically takes 24 to 72 hours, with no guarantee, so leave a buffer before the date you give your couple.

## Questions about wedding video delivery

### What is a typical wedding video delivery time with WeddingEditor?

Processing typically takes 24 to 72 hours after you start it, with no guaranteed time. Your own delivery date also depends on your review, any revisions and finishing.

### Is WeddingEditor a wedding video delivery platform?

No. It produces the edit and lets you download it. Deliver to your couple through your own gallery or platform.

### Can I send my couple a link from WeddingEditor?

No. WeddingEditor never sends anything to your couple, and there is no client-facing share link. You deliver the film yourself.

### What if my download link stops working?

Each download link is valid for 24 hours. Open the project again and download it again from there.

### Will I be emailed when the edit is ready?

Check your project in the app. There is no automatic email that sends the file or announces it is ready.

### What format is delivered to me?

A widescreen 1080p H.264 MP4. There is no 4K or vertical version.

### Can I deliver a teaser first and the full film later?

Yes, if you order them as two projects. Each project returns one edit, so a Social Teaser and a Highlight Reel of the same wedding are separate.

### Can I deliver the MP4 exactly as it comes?

Yes, if it meets your standard. The edit is made by WeddingEditor's AI editing and delivered to your project. Many videographers still add their own title card first.

### How should I set expectations with couples about delivery?

Give couples a date that includes the 24 to 72 hours of processing, your own review and the chance of a revision round. Since there is no guaranteed turnaround, a buffer protects the promise you made at booking.

### Where does the film live after I download it?

The edit stays in your WeddingEditor project, so you can download it again later. For long-term storage and for the couple's copy, keep it in your own archive and delivery platform.

## More details

How do I handle revisions before delivery? Email your notes from the link in the app. Up to two revision rounds are included with every full edit: email your notes and the edit is revised.
