# Is editing wedding videos hard?

Editing wedding videos is hard less because of the software than because of judgment and hours. The difficult parts are choosing which moments matter, trimming long speeches to their best lines, keeping the right people in the film, and doing all of that again for every wedding you book.

The software side can be learned in weeks. The editorial side takes longer: knowing that a parent's reaction matters more than a perfect venue shot, or that thirty seconds of a toast are worth more than five minutes of it.

For new videographers the hours are often the surprise. Each wedding means reviewing the whole day before the cutting starts. WeddingEditor's AI editing takes on those decisions: you upload the footage, say what matters, and review the finished film.
