# Do all files need to finish uploading before I pay?

Yes. Every file must finish uploading, or be deliberately left out, before you check out or start processing, so the edit is made from a complete upload. The app asks before continuing without unfinished files.

Once you pay or use a credit, the footage is locked, so the edit is made from exactly what you uploaded. Check that every file you want is in the project before you check out.
